[unpaid/sample/ad/affiliate] Well, if there is ever a time to dive into a bath and stay there for a month, it’s now. There’s not really an alternative to knuckling down and getting on with it, so here we are. I’m starting the week with Dr Teal’s Soaking Solution in a new variant – Coconut. If you love coconut and you love an Epsom salt soak, this is an absolute dream for taking easing and soothing both mind and body.

Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution Coconut Oil

As you can see, there is a foaming bath option too but it’s such a new launch that I have only managed to track down the salts. What the coconut oil brings to the party is a degree of moisture that you don’t get so much with the other variants. I adore the smell of coconut so that’s another plus – it is one of those transporting aromas that gives you a mood boost. I was going to say it smells of holidays but I can’t remember the last time I smelled coconut on holiday – even in a Pina Colada – maybe it smells of what I think a holiday should smell of! I’m a fan anyway of Epsom salts but no stranger to the bottom crunch when they haven’t quite dissolved as much as you’re expecting – if you’d prefer to avoid the risk of gritty-bum, the Foaming Bath is your option. Actually, I found it very foamy – more than I thought it would be and quite frankly, either is lovely right now.

You can find the salts on Amazon for £7.99 HERE

Non affiliate link is HERE. I think it will be less in Superdrug and Boots but the extra pound seems a small price to pay for the immediacy of this bliss. Launch dates and stock levels are so variable at the moment so when you see it, grab it!
