WestLab Epsom Salts

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I know I’ve said it many times before but I love bath salts and use them often. Westlab have sent me few different bags to try but actually what I’ve realised is that I don’t particularly need them to be scented at all. If I want fragrance, I’ll add a bit of aromatherapy oil. I somehow always reach for the general ones if I’m buying without taking much notice of the ‘flavours’. A big discovery though is that there is a 5K bag!

Westlab Salts

It seems to me that these salts are well worth buying in bulk because it’s a pain to add 1Kg of anything to your shopping unless you absolutely have to! A giant bag is £16.99 HERE.

Westlab

You can get much ‘prettier’ versions of Epsom salts from Westlab as above and that’s good because it seems we’re all cutting back to a greater or lesser degree and I’d be absolutely thrilled with a bag of salts and a pre-loved paper-back. In fact, this year, I don’t really have any wants – I’ve very unexcitingly asked for a new pillow from Mr BBB for Christmas. If you want to know the difference between Epsom salts and Magnesium flakes/salts, Epsom are make up of magnesium and sulfate while Magnesium flakes are Magnesium Chloride which gives them a greater concentration of Magnesium.  While a quick search on the internet shows the physical benefits of magnesium baths to be anecdotal rather than proven, I’d still rather bathe with them than without.

Yes, but I’m always put off by having to carry it home! There are offers on line if you search about as well.
