Make Up For Ever are certainly on a roll with their January launches. Next up is the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Concealer, notable for it’s ‘wet’ consistency. If you have under eye creases, concealers can make things look far worse than before you started because they’re far too dry, so all you’re really getting is load of damp powder. No wonder it seeps into every single line and makes the under eye area look parched. You end up trading hiding exhaustion for looking more creased.
The MUFE version, however, is more ‘glidey’ than many and doesn’t seep or dry. It did a moderately good job of hiding dark circles (which after one very busy week are very dark indeed) but better yet, felt weightless. I think if you’re at the age where concealering your dark circles is more trouble than its worth, this is quite a find, not least because it’s got a good whack of hyaluronic in it that will plump out any creases rather than highlight them. Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Concealer is arriving in January with 5 shades – I don’t have a price for it yet, but I’d be happy to pay £££ for something like this that really does a very decent job of both concealing and smoothing.

Will definitely give this a go in January! It sounds similar to the Naked Skin concealer by Urban Decay which I love!
“You end up trading hiding exhaustion for looking more creased.” I actually just end up looking both exhausted and creased! This sounds very promising, thanks for the tip.
Five shades? That seems a tiny number of options for them.
Ooh, I love MUFE. I too am starting to notice under-eye lines, so any option to make them less visible is more than welcome.
