Spring Nails

There’s a gorgeous collection of limited edition Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Shine Nail Lacquers  heading our way in February. They’re all upbeat, new light shades that I can’t wait to get on my finger tips!

Although I love creamy nail shades, there are some metallic elements to this collection which lift it. So, starting centrally and going around clockwise, the colours are: Blossom Bright, Pink Dragon, Empowered, Inspiring and Nude Pearl. Although all except Pink Dragon have a gold metal shot through, these don’t really show on the nail – I can pick it up in a very specific light in Empowered but not really otherwise. However, the addition of the metallic gives the colours a boost.

Obviously, Nude Pearl is all metallic – more of a white gold to me than a nude pearl, or maybe it’s the same thing!

I always feel on very safe ground with Estee Lauder polish, even though they still have the thinner style applicators. You always get good colour pay off, plenty of shine and satisfying shades. It’s a good, reliable formula that has never, to date, been a let down.

The Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Shine Nail Lacquers collection launches in February for £14.50 each.
