You have to sit up and take notice of a product when you know that it is the best selling beauty item in a whole store – Liberty. That’s across all the beauty brands they stock (not including fragrance). Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer does that skin-sheen thing so well and whatever you put on top of it looks better as a result. Pore minimising, SPF15, and skin perfecting, the veil also ‘waterproofs’ the skin – hello, rainy UK! There’s also a newer product out which I love the look of – the Hourglass Solar Tan Primer – a self-tanning primer. 

Genius idea. Given that the Veil Mineral primer is £52 (small size £20), which is not cheap, it’s pretty incredible that it is the store best-seller. On that note though, I notice that on the Liberty web-site, Hourglass is listed as exclusive to Liberty – erm, no it isn’t. You can get it at Zuneta.com and SpaceNK.
