I thought it was worth a closer look at Passioneyes – because I don’t wear mascara myself other than on my lower lashes because I have lash extensions, it’s always quite difficult to judge, but I have become quite the expert in lower lash only!
By far, my favourite shade from the new Passioneyes selection is the blue shade – it’s a really smoky, grey-blue that looks smouldery and sexy. If you’re very fair skinned or have light blue eyes, this kind of shade can really intensify your eyes, however, it’s hard to get used to not wearing black because black just does that *thing* in really defining your eyes. Not everyone can take a black mascara though – red-heads and pale blondes often struggle because it can look so stark on their eyes and I think this is a perfect recommendation for those colourings.
That said, I liked it on my lashes with a satin gold eye shadow and some black khol.. the whole effect was very striking.
