I’ve had this site open on my laptop for almost a week now after seeing my friend Charlotte wearing one of the Love Molly Cashmere wraps. The weird thing is that this doesn’t really seem to have a name on the website.. it’s not a wrap or a cardi or a poncho.. I can’t work out what it really is but I just know I need one. It looks like the perfect flight companion, the ideal thing if you’re a dressing gown hater like me for chilly evenings in front of the TV (was going to say log fire there, but thought I’d keep it real on Bake Off day!) or to just have in your bag when the temperature dips. Charlotte had the navy one and as soon as I saw it I needed all details! There are various ways to wear it – realistically, I think there are only two ways I actually would wear it – the main picture and the one above but there are about 8 options, one of which is as a scarf. I love the tiny buttons and the drapeyness of it – a lot of cashmere products are skimpy, but this is a generous thing. It’s £110 HERE.
Curtains, you say? I’m obsessed with interiors at the moment because finally I’m getting our bedroom re-done after twenty years. We’ve also had a new boiler put in and are able to have a hot bath without turning the heating off because the hot water won’t stretch for the first time since we lived in this house. I Tweeted out these curtains last week and got lots of responses, so I thought I’d flag them up here as well because I’ve never really seen anything quite like them. I’m having the room painted in the Dior grey pantone, with white trim and furnishings and fitted wardrobes with a grey carpet so the little yellow birds seemed like a lovely splash of colour, especially against a garden backdrop.
