Ok, wow and double wow at this mega speedy hair dryer from John Frieda. It’s really quite unassuming in presentation (every shade grey, really) but once you turn it on it really has some power behind it, and has given me the fastest blow dry ever. It releases ions to neutralise static and smooth down the cuticles, and also to control frizz so your hair ends up looking more shiny than it would if you used a dryer without ionic capabilities. It is a steep price, but justifiably so, I feel, because it has a professional motor that even ‘sounds’ like a salon dryer does as well as giving a mega blast of blow! Two speed and three heat settings, a five year guarantee and ionic technology.. pretty damn good. It’s £59.99 at www.boots.com.
