Well, these are very unexpected! This feels like a huge step forward for Darphin, a brand that’s reliably excellent but we might say a little staid at times. What beautiful oils – and very much in keeping with Darphin’s treatment oil heritage.
As you can see, there are three oils, each infused with a different natural flavour combination and real flower petals. The base formula is a blend of apricot and grapeseed oils so there’s plenty of omega 6 and 9 and of course, vitamin E.
The yellow petal oil is orange, lime, apple and coconut (they’ve all got vanilla), the pink is rose, geranium, raspberry and rosewood, while the blue is lemon, mandarin, nutmeg and cedarwood. While each one is distinctive, I’m not sure you’d be able to pull out all the ‘flavours’ individually. Nonetheless, these are just lovely – I’d be happy treating my lips with any of them and they’re not even ridiculously expensive at £22 each HERE. If you’ve got any summer birthdays to buy for, these have to be on the list!
