[unpaid/sample/ad/affiliate] Honestly, if you’re looking for something to cheer you right up, here it is! L’Occitane Happy Cherry Fragrance is a sparkling burst of fruit and flowers with an emphasis on the fruits. As soon as I spritzed it, I was smiling – it’s the same feeling as when you put the first mouthful of a lovely dessert in your mouth and you can feel the corners of your smile heading upwards. Magical!
Note-wise, lemon, blackcurrant, cherry blossom and violet form a sparkly fusion at first spritz that instantly does the smile thing, while the dry down allows the woods and musk to make more of an appearance. For my nose, cherry blossom and zingy lemon predominate throughout so I keep catching a waft of joyful juiciness that’s really quite addictive and is putting a spring in my step.
There’s a sister product in the form of a body lotion which, in my view, isn’t a patch on the fragrance so I’d swerve that unless you like your fragrances light. You still get the fruitiness but not the sparkle. The fragrance is £36 HERE, non affiliate HERE and it’s a big recommend from me as an olfactory pick-me-up if you feel your mood slipping.
