As you know, I’m a huge fan of AA – and Deep Relax in particular. However, I’ve been getting so sleepy that I’ve been having baths with Revive Morning so I can stay awake in the evenings! I’m sure it’s a stress response – my energy is well and truly back now but I’ve had a few days when I can’t raise my game and feel wiped out. On the whole, I don’t feel stressed really – I’ve just been shutting up and getting on with it – I’ll ask questions later but for now, following the guidelines brings a semblance of routine that is manageable.
I still occasionally get that stomach-drop thing – so I’ve been keeping the Deep Relax roller ball at hand – it’s such a big blast of essential oils that it’s immediately distracting and secondarily soothing. It’s not nearly as expensive, at £18, as the bath & shower oil but if you’re prepared to take the water experience out of the situation, a very good alternative. Chamomile, sandalwood, vetiver and patchouli are pitched at just the right level to feel efficacious – try keeping it under your pillow for those night time troubles, on your home-office desk for the drops or in your pocket for on-the-go overload.

I’d be prepared to put money down to bet that you won’t have experienced a skin care texture like this before...
