[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I will admit to being somewhat surprised at the packaging of Aromatherapy Associates new Bathroom Collection. It comprises a Hand & Body Wash, a Hand & Body Cream, a Shampoo and a Conditioner. It’s really not terribly exciting, is it? I don’t think it gives the best showcase for the products within.
The ‘aroma’ aspect of the Hand & Body Wash is brilliant – it’s a sharp kick of lavender that is a true replication of the natural plant. The scent is exactly as a lavender bush would smell. The ylang ylang makes a very mellow appearance – it’s very much all about the lavender, so if you fancy a trip to Provence in your head while you wash your hands, this is the very best option to get your olfactory senses singing.
I would say exactly the same about the Hand & Body Care although I am not really a fan of combining both hand and body. If you have very dry skin, it’s not for you, but otherwise a beautifully fragranced day to day light moisturiser. I can’t really find anything else to say about this new collection – I think the packaging flattens it and you’d never assume at first sight the fresh and singing aromatics inside. I mean, it doesn’t even have a sprig of lavender on it! If you buy both together, there’s a 20% discount making the duo £38.50 instead of £48 HERE. Otherwise, they’re £24 each.
