Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress & Calm Set

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’ve found a very nice offer on the Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress & Calm Set – it’s something I’d love to both give and receive although I am not currently stressed – unbelievably! Full of cold (again!) but not stressed – yet. December seems to take on a life of its own – suddenly you realise that there are only a couple of weeks to get everything organised and yet, moments ago, you had all the time in the world.

The big draw of course is the aromatherapy oil – I’ve used these oils for years now and they’re just such a beautiful blend. The brand belongs to Boots which might well have a death knell but so far, the quality has remained consistent and continues to hold the ethos of its founders, Geraldine Howard and Sue Beechey. I’ve never come across an Aromatherapy Associates oil that I didn’t like, it’s never not a pleasure to use and it’s a brand, long after I’m all done with BBB, I’ll continue to use and appreciate.

I like this set in particular because there’s no ‘filler’ item – everything is a joy to use. The muscle gel for after yoga, the body oil for post bath and the actual oil for a really soothing soak in the bath. The De-Stress oil is one of my favourites being a blend of petitgrain, wild camomile and rosemary. The Muscle Gel uses rosemary, black pepper, lavender and ginger and the Body Oil is lavender, rosemary and ginger all blended with arnica. So, you get quite a lot variety in the set. The set has a value of £143, was £80 but I have found it for £64 HERE which feels like a very good deal indeed.
