Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Edit

Yes, I’m biased from the get-go because I love Aromatherapy Associates – I can’t even remember that last time that I didn’t have some in my house – but I think this is a great little edit of products for anyone who needs some comfort and self-care. Also, it’s a lovely gift for someone who needs nurturing and a great big hug but you can’t quite get to them. It’s that sort of kit.

Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Edit

The set contains De-Stress Mind Bath & Shower Oil, 9ml, De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil, 9ml, De-Stress Muscle Gel, 40ml, De-Stress Mind Roller Ball, 10ml and Inner Strength Soothing Face Oil, 3ml. To be honest, the face oil, at 3ml, seems a little ungenerous – at first I thought mine was a random sample that had been tucked in as an extra; I didn’t realise it was part of the kit. The AA De-Stress Mind products contain frankincense, chamomile and petitgrain, while the Muscle products use rosemary, black pepper, ginger and lavender – perfect for after a weeding session in the garden. I love the Muscle Gel and Bath oil for smelling like the affirmation you need that you’ve worked hard, walked far or done a great job at the gym. But aside from that, it’s also good if you feel chilled or if you feel you have a cold coming on. Wondrous stuff! I prefer to use these in the bath rather than the shower – it’s more embracing somehow and I often keep a roller ball by my desk to de-clutter my mind when those head-desk moments happen.

Anyway, I won’t bang on – I’ve featured this brand so many times that if you’re a regular reader you’ll know well enough where I’m at with it! The De-Stress Edit is £33 HERE (with a value of £51).
