Wishing you all a happy time whatever you’re doing with continued thanks for stopping by. I count my blessings often for the comments and interactions that I receive across all my social channels – it’s the thing that keeps me on my toes and feeling connected and more importantly that it’s only a screen between us all.

If you’re on your own, set a goal or target for the day – spot ten dogs on a walk or find and photograph a robin. It’s a small thing but puts purpose into your activity.

If you’re worried that the day will be beset with frustrations, be the one that diverts and distracts. It’s one day and you can do it.
