PNF Tint Bar

I recently did a big internet shop for Korean cosmetics – they’re starting to trickle through now although they’re taking longer than I thought to arrive. First up then, is the PNF Tint Bar. I am almost certain this isn’t the shade I ordered, but never mind! It’s a lipstick that creates an instant ombre lip – and I promise you that it really does work although you do need to do a little blending afterwards with a brush because they are quite defined ‘lines’.

I am pretty sure the idea is that the beige tone goes in the centre of the lip but I guess if you are feeling adventurous you could try it the other way around.

I kind of love the PNF Tint Bar – not sure I’d wear it out though but my very, very forebearing postman managed not to stare too much when I answered the door this morning. I’m so lucky that I have the nicest postmen in the world – I’m either answering the door in a screamingly bright orange lip and no other make up at all, wet nails so they have to sign for me, or only half a face done – plus any other undone make up variation you can imagine. They have never, ever commented although I am sure some mornings are a shock :-).

Unhelpfully, I can’t remember where I bought PNF Tint Bar from – pretty sure it was Amazon and it cost less than £10, of that I’m sure.

This seller has some lots of cool Korean stuff inc Tony Moly and Holika Holika. It does take 2-3 weeks to arrive but postage is free. Not related to them just got one order from them a while back (20 sachets of panda’s dream and got 3 or 4 free sample sachets of other stuff) and put in another for the chubby jelly lip tattoo stuff.

I have heard of that seller-so would you recommend? I’ve been thinking about ordering 🙂

I’ve ordered twice – 1st no problems at all and got free stuff too, 2nd still waiting for but only ordered about a week ago and they estimate 2-4 weeks. They have a high rating so I was happy to go for it and pass on the info to others. Obviously up to you but they seem to be a good company judging by my limited experience and their feedback.

You’re welcome. My 2nd parcel arrived in good time and had a couple of samples too so I’m very happy with them now. Merry Christmas!

Interesting lippie you got there. Never seen one like that before. I think I’m rather keen to see what other shades are available especially if you say the application is seamless.

  3. I’m half-korean so I’m especially upset it’s taking so long to get big over here! I love the idea of the gradient lip although that yellow shade is somewhat off putting to me! and I’ve got a bit of a list of great Korean beauty retailers over on my blog if you’d fancy a peek

  4. Maybe the colour does go in the centre… it’s possible, as it’s a Korean thing to have a burst of colour at the innermost portion that fades out to skin tone at the outer edge of the lips.

Don’t think I’d get on with one, but I love the idea! EmilyNoel83 on youtube did a review on this site Shopmissa where everything is literally a dollar and they sell something similar -http://tinyurl.com/oxjymu5 looking forward to more korean beauty products!

In Korea it’s worn the other way, the darker shade inside and lighter outside, the “I just ate a lollypop” look.
The Laneige two tone lip bar comes in several shades but it’s a bit more expensive (£10-12 here in Korea). The korean girls use a liquid lip tint (Peripera, Etude House, Clio…) in the centre of the mouth and concealer + lip balm to lighten it outwards!
