I’ve got to admit that I’ve never come across an aqua priming base before – I don’t use a lot of primers on my skin – but the Makeup Revolution Aqua Priming Base looks like the easiest ever primer! I haven’t put this to any kind of test other than to give it a spray on my skin (it’s too soon to say if it’s a colour keeper or not) but from the feel of it there’s no reason to think it won’t help you to hang onto your foundation.
I say this because unlike other facial sprays that I’ve used for hydration, it doesn’t take an age to dry and neither does it feel oily in any way – it doesn’t leave anything in its wake other than a light floral fragrance. If anything, it has a mattifying feel on the skin. MUR says that the base contains vitamins for a skin pep and refresh. I know they’re launching it today for £6 HERE if you want to be one of the first to get your hands on it. I’m looking forward to trying Makeup Revolution Aqua Priming Base out properly.
