I’ve been trying to come up with ways to gift Chanel that doesn’t rely on the obvious bottle of Chanel perfume so I’ve partnered a few bits and pieces that you might not have thought of. Above is Chanel Le Vernis Rose Moire (£17.50 HERE) and Chanel The Hair Mist (£38 HERE).

Honestly, I think it’s so lovely to turn an everyday item that is very hard to get excited about into something so glamorous! A Chanel No.5 deodorant (£34 HERE). I would say that you wouldn’t really need the fragrance as well (insider tip is if you don’t want to shell out on the perfume, the ancillaries, such as hair mist or deodorant will do just as well to gently perfume). I’ve paired this with the gorgeous Chanel Illusion D’Ombre Longwear Luminous Eye Shadow in Fatal (£23 HERE) but there are ten other shades to choose from for something pretty with something practical.

And, if you want to read more Karl quotes, because, let’s face it, he comes out with some humdingers, on a par with Prince Philip, there are also some gorgeous quotes in The World According to Karl such as “elegance isn’t about having a well-stocked closet or a well-stocked wallet.” I found this book both funny and wise.
