My goodness, this is quite a palette! At £69 the By Terry Eye Designer Palette (this one is Magnet’Eyes) is at the far end of what I’d be happy paying. I know, luxury and all that but we all know it’s not an essential to pay £££ these days. However, this really does feel very special, and the colours are very unusual – I can’t think of another palette where you could get this selection and I’m hoping it’s a move away from neutrals, which I currently think are incredibly boring.
Give me a midnight blue, with or without sparkles and I’m happy. But this palette has some plays on blue that don’t look like the 1970’s bit them. They’re silk-smooth and I had no trouble blending (although there is a little drop).
This is a swatch of the top row.
And, this is the bottom row. The only colour I don’t really know what to do with is the sort of greeny/yellow shade. All the pillowy looking colours are matte, while the flatter squares are shimmer, and without exception they have great pigment levels. I cannot wait to get that navy sheen on my lids!
The By Terry Eye Designer Palette is £69 HERE. Definitely up there in the treat-to-self category, but there’s nothing flimsy about this palette; it’s solid and feels like a jewel in the hand.

This is absolutely amazing! I love all the colours and they look so pigmented! That being said, I didn’t think I’d buy it unless it was on sale! x
A fair bit cheaper on NAP!!!
I bought the other By Terry palettes Smokey Nudes and Colour Design. Unfortunately this one has too much blue for me and the yellow shade I couldn’t wear. But I love they are bringing these out.
Looks interesting on the palette, but I wouldn’t put any of them on my face really, the colors are just not flattering. Even the swatches put me off. Thumbs down this time. Pity, I love this brand usually.
