If you like very embracing, earthy scents then you’ll love Jasmine Falls from Bodhi. To be honest I pick up more lavender from it than jasmine, but it’s pretty potent for a before-bed bath and unwind.
I’m never sure if I’m that sensitive to aromatherapy – other than Aromatherapy Associates which knocks me out beautifully – I do think it needs to be in a high concentrate to have any effect really, and part of me thinks it’s more the ritual and belief that holds the benefits. However, Bodhi is one of those brands that manages to combine all three things; potency, ritual and belief – i.e. it looks and smells like it will work therefore I believe it will!
