Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil

This is the latest aromatherapy oil from Aromatherapy Associates. I could not be more of a fan of the brand, and have rarely, if ever, found anything that even vaguely matches it. I used to think aromatherapy was a load of old hokum to be honest, but now a bath is not a bath without it! It genuinely seems to reach the soul in terms of soothing and de-stressing and I can guarantee that I am always better for it, no matter which variant I use.

This one, Inner Strength, was made by Geraldine Howard, co-founder of AA, during a very low ebb in her life; it’s got clary sage, frankincense, cardamom and rosemary along with vetivert and geranium – the result is one that is comforting and embracing. It’s £39 with 10% of proceeds going to The Foundation ATK (Defence Against Cancer), a pioneering charity working on the development of a new cancer vaccination.

  1. I was only reading about Geraldine’s struggle at the weekend. I am a total advocate of aromatherapy (being a qualified practitioner myself!). I haven’t tried any of her range, purely because I mix my own blends but would be interested in trying this out.

I have been wanting to try Aromatherapy Associate Bath Oils for the longest time. I’m considering getting the mini set.
