Happy blogging days are made of products like this one. As a long time fan of Aromatherapy Associates oils (not so much their skin care) I’m genuinely delighted that they’ve brought out a new blend, Clear Mind. It’s about time.
Clear Mind is really for those days when you just feel troubled. It’s a hard feeling to put your finger on exactly, but when you feel out of sorts, weighed down a little and generally thinking and worrying too much. Before I ever tried AA oils, I would have said that it’s completely impossible for a shower and bath oil to alter your mood, but I find these to be the very best oils I’ve ever used and Deep Relax practically has me on the floor, I’m so chilled out after using it. Anyone I ever gift these oils to becomes rather addicted!
So, Clear Mind is a blend of chamomile, lavender, frankincese and bergamot – the blend smells very spa like and very, very soothing. You’d want this in your bath at the end of any stressful day. Price wise, it’s a killer… £48.. but I promise a little goes a very long way. Clear Mind is a Liberty exclusive, hence the very pretty packaging that goes with it. I think it would have been nicer to add something of the print onto the bottle; I’m not sure it’s usual to keep products in their outer packaging and once unwrapped, its association with Liberty ends.
Other than that, it’s a big recommend from me, especially if you’re in the treat-to-self frame of mind or simply want to treat a friend to something deeply luxurious and helpful. It’s HERE.

Ah this sounds swoony… I adore Aromatherapy Associates too (Inner Strength is my fave) and from the sound of this, I could use a vat of it today! 😉

Need to try this. I’m a long time fan of their bath oils but the name of this one conjured up something minty & herbal for me (Support Breathe is my fav) & I’m a touch disappointed. I’m sure it’s beautiful as they never put a foot wrong with these oils but the ingredients are all sounding familiar to the other blends.
As a side note, I always keep mine in their boxes with the bottles being clear & my bathroom very sunny, to protect the oils.
You’re right.. it is a bit samey so perhaps I wasn’t objective enough.. I think you would lke the Lucy Arabella Spearmint and Lemongrass oil – it’s a sweet mint but lovely. I can’t ever understand why AA don’t make more of the thing they do best. xx
