It’s quite fitting that I’m in France right now, because I think I’ve found a spectacular dupe for Bioderma cleansing water, Topicrem Gentle Cleansing Water Face & Eyes. Bioderma has been a staple in my beauty stash for years now – it’s my regular cleanser in the summer (in winter I tend to opt for more balmy cleansers) and Topicrem is the closest I’ve found to match it.
Topicrem Gentle Cleansing Water smells like rosewater – it’s really very pleasant, and it feels extremely soft on the skin – no surprise that it’s indicated for anyone aged 3 and over! Although it’s prettily rosy, the formula is artificial fragrance free, relying on Rosa Centifolia water to provide that floral scent . It removed all my make-up (I can’t vouch for waterproof mascara though) and left my skin feeling soft without any dryness at all. The Topicrem range is indicated for sensitive skin.
For a large bottle, it’s about £14, but there are smaller bottles if you are curious to try it without big money commitments for around £3. You can find it HERE.
This is the ingredient list for Topicrem Gentle Cleansing Water.
