Givenchy’s summer fragrance launch is an edit of Dahlia Noir – fresher and more sparkling than the original (which I wasn’t particularly a fan of to be honest). But this! This is really something else. It’s a light floral – think rose, neroli and a bit of citrus – but with down notes of cedar and musk and a drop of patchouli you’d think it might be too heavy. Not at all.. it’s got a ‘skin’ scent to it, so on me, it fits like a glove – one spray and my olfactory senses say yes!
They say chypre, I say whatever. It smells expensive, and it smells like mine already and that’s about all I need to know.
There’s also a Perfuming and Moisturising Skin Dew coming in this line – I cannot wait for that!
