I was going to mark the Trestique Color & Contour Stick as a gimmicky product until I tried it. It’s actually very, very good. The giant crayon opens out to reveal a contour stick at one end and a brush at the other. The brush turns out to be the perfect size for contouring – it’s soft but durable at the same time and really manages to buff the product smoothly where it needs to go.
The brush is slightly angled. The actual contouring product at the other end – again, a very decent product in there that works well in conjuction with the brush to give nuance and shade where you want it. I’m not a contourer but I can see, if you can get the right shade for you, that this would be the easiest on-the-go contouring you’ve ever done.
The shade I have here to show you is Brazilian Bronze, which seems to be the only shade available, but there are blush shades too which would be just as handy. I haven’t heard of this brand before – it’s relatively new at one year old, but it’s one to watch, I think, for tapping into what women want from easy products that they can take anywhere. It’s £27.95 HERE.
