Dolce & Gabanna Creme Blush

This isn’t new, but it’s new to me and truly lovely if you prefer, like me, to use a creme blush rather than powder. I’ve been brought around to powder blush a little bit by the L’Oreal Age Perfect Satin Glow Blushers (HERE) which are such perfect shades in a micro-fine powder, but I’ll always love a creme.

Dolce & Gabanna Creme Blush

The shade I have in the D&G Creamy Face Color is Rosa Carina, a peach hit pink that you need the tiniest amount of so I suspect this will last a long time. It just brings your complexion to life and blends seamlessly so you just look kind of fresh and healthy. When I say you need the tiniest amount, please take me at my word – otherwise you will dive in and end up with wine cheeks not pretty cheeks! I’ve used my Clinique Foundation Brush (£28 HERE) which I’m currently using for just about everything base – it looks ropy from day 1 but gives such a good blend for foundation, tinted moisturiser and blush that I forgive its instantly tatty appearance (plus it has antibacterial technology so I feel less guilty for not washing it as often as I should!). It’s £40 HERE.
