It always had to be – a fat lash mascara in the Clinique Chubby family! It’s so hot off the beauty press that there are no samples yet but we’re promised a huuuuuge brush for strong looking, bold lashes.
The main draw for me about the Clinique Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara is the colours. I’ve finally lost the last of my extensions (I’ve tried to extension detox before but this time I’m holding firm – for a few weeks at least) so timing is perfect for this one. I like Clinique mascara anyway – I included their High Impact in my collaboration box for good reason; Clinique mascaras are a bit of a secret so I’m guessing they’ve made this one a bit more shouty – certainly in the presentation which looks like no Clinique mascara I’ve ever seen. (I guess when you have mascaras such as Two Faced Better Than Sex as competition, you’ve got to up the ante!).
As well as a perfect black, Jumbo Jet (see what they did there!), there are also some limited edition blackened colours: Portly Plum, Two Ton Teal, Massive Midnight and Bodacious Black Honey – the latter can get on my lashes right now!
