Bobbi Brown Nude on Nude Palettes

In the past, I’ve got very, very bored of endless nude palettes, but I have to say that in a sea of multi-colour palettes these just look so calm and peaceful. Like, totally wearable, stylish, easy, flattering – no thought required; just shadow and go!

Bobbi Brown Nude on Nude Palettes

There are two brand new palettes in the nude spectrum – Bronzed Nudes and Rosy Nudes. While there are existing shades within each one, there are also some new shades. Thinking about it, it must be a hell of a job finding new nudes – there’s probably someone in NPD at BBB whose eyes are crossing at the very thought of a fractionally different shade of buff. I’m even pleased to see Bone back in the Bronzed Nudes – in the past I’ve described it as the most boring eye colour on earth, but *averts eyes and mutters* I have missed it for being perfect as a below brow shade.

Rosy Nudes

I could wear both palettes very easily with my tone but veer a bit more towards Bronzed because I have a little sun on my skin. I also like that they’ve given the right ratio of below brow colour to lid colour. Both palettes have a selection of matte, shimmer, metallic and sparkle (one in each) so you can vary the nude theme texturally.
