Benefit Hello Happy Mini Foundation

Benefit Hello Happy Mini Foundation

I know.. how cute!! Benefit is one of very few brands (*racks brains for others*) that actually makes a mini size foundation for when you’re travelling ultra-light. These mini-sizes are also good if you’re like me and your skin tone changes easily leaving you to constantly adjust your main shade.

I do have to flag up that compared to the 30ml full size you’re paying a premium for the minis – £1.42 per mil (each bottle is 6ml) rather than 85p per mil, but I think it’s a convenience premium I would probably pay. I have endless little pots of foundation that I’ve decanted – a few weeks later I look at the drops left and have no idea what it is any more. Hello Happy is a good foundation – I’ve used my sample several times: it’s every age coverage that’s a comfortable wear and gives a little bit of blur without feeling oily. You can find the mini sizes HERE for £8.50 each – pair one with your mini MAC lipstick for ultimate downsizing.

Or if you’re v stingy like me just pop to any make up counter and ask for a free 7day sample? YSL , Clinique and Estée Lauder do it

I got this to try the formula and shade. Im the lightest shade in foundations (usually having to add a white mixer to most) but having this option really helped! Wish more foundations done this x

I’m Bobbi Brown Porcelain and the palest of this was too pale for me, so a good range at the paler end x

If it helps I’m NC10 in Mac and Alabaster in Bobbi Brown and the lightest shade is just right 🙂
