[productsample/affiliatelink] If you’re a fan of The Body Shop Body Yogurts, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with the Cactus Blossom version. I don’t know in real life what cactus blossom smells like – if indeed it smells of anything at all, but the Body Shop version is a fresh and fruity floral. I’m absolutely sure there is a watermelon note in there – it’s got that same kind of wet freshness to it.
As a quick reminder of the formula, Body Yogurt is a quick burst of moisture that should be applied to damp skin (although I can’t say I do). It sinks in very quickly so you can put your clothes on more or less straight away and it’s 100% vegan. Although, thinking about it, I don’t think you can be any other % vegan because that would make you, er, not vegan. Semantics. There are various sizes in the collection just in case you aren’t sure and I’d suggest that you start with the small size Hand Wash (£5) – a great way to get to know the fragrance enough to be certain you want it all over your body and not just your hands.
Also in the collection are Shower Gel (£5), Body Scrub (£15), Body Butter (£15) and obviously the yog which is £8.50. I’m thinking these will come into their own when the sun is high and the weather has that sticky, humid aspect to it. Cactus Blossom is juicy-fresh – a properly reviving treat.
