If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to share your shower with an extra-strong mint, now’s your chance to find out! Although it’s billed as a muscle cooling gel, all of you will be cooled so it’s a great hot day shower accessory. It smells deeply pepperminty – not in a sweet way – and I could have sworn there is some eucalyptus in there, but the ingredient list isn’t showing that to be the case.
I’d also be tempted to have this on hand for colds – your sinuses definitely get a work out, so don’t think of it purely as a post exercise product. Thinking of the CO Bigelow Cold and Flu soak at £22 – Fit Kit, at £3.99 is very good substitute for that. You can find it at Holland & Barrett (not yet on line, but in all stores).

I love the sound of this for when you’re feeling stuffy. My current go-to is the Moa Green Bath Potion but this is so much cheaper & sounds like it would have a similar effect (although with different inci, obv).
