[productsample/affiliatelink] If you love the By Terry Baume de Rose franchise, then you’ll love this all-over-oil just as much as anything else. It’s very much a luxury product at £52 for 100ml but gosh, it’s lovely.

By Terry Baume de Rose All Over Oil

The one place I wouldn’t be putting it – personally – is on my hair even though it’s indicated as being okay for that. I just think it’s too rich an oil for hair so unless you know your hair either needs or can take quite a rich oil I’d stick to body and face use. The formula is a blend of camellia seed oil, rosa canina fruit oil and sunflower oil, infused with rose fragrance and rose extracts. It does contain perfume – but it’s that same sweet/fresh rose that’s signature to the brand.

It’s beautiful after a bath or shower and perfumes the skin delicately but in a way that lasts. I’m really taken with the notion of falling asleep in a clean bed surrounded by this scent although I’ve only used it for day time so far. It leaves a lovely sheen on the skin and I found it immediately skin softening, although if you need deep hydration, you’d be better with a balm or heavier lotion.
