How cute is this! I love this little Compact Lip Balm coming up from Heathcote & Ivory. It’s part of the Vintage & Co Baubles & Belles (so that’s Heathcote & Ivory Vintage & Co Baubles & Belles… argh) collection based on 1950s fashion and style, so you can expect to see hand creams, nail kits and bath products in the same range. I get a Doris Day, Rock Hudson vibe from this and I love that it’s in a keepable tin – you can always transfer some more balm to it when it’s used up.

The balm itself is okay – it’s not a luxury balm by any means and the fragrance – spiced run, pomegranate, red berries and orange zest – adds up to something vaguely Christmassy. It’s not launched yet but worth noting for it’s stocking filler worthiness at £7.
