[sample/affiliate] I’ve got to admit that I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the price of this – £32. But, I’ve managed to find it more reasonably so I’ll continue!
The set contains two Beauty Blender sponges and two soaps to clean them up. I mean, it’s a fun set – gorgeously packaged – and I know that Beauty Blender has fans that are complete converts to sponge application for foundation and snap up every limited edition going.
If you’ve never used a Beauty Blender, they’re exactly shaped to distribute foundation over the facial contours and are the softest possible ‘sponge’. They’re pleasurable to use actually – before I reverted to brushes, I was an enthusiast although I do wonder if they swallow foundation so you end up going through it more quickly. I mean, I love the set for its quirky and glam look – you have to credit the creative teams for reinventing the basics so beautifully – but I did say ‘blender – £32’ in the same tone that Peter Kaye says garlic and bread. I’ve found it at £25.60 over at Beauty Bay HERE. Non affiliate HERE.

Well said about the beauty blender drinking up product. I have had enough of it after rushing my workday face and wondering where the foundation got to! I am back using my Body Shop foundation brush. Must check out the Body Shop brushes again as they used to be fabulous! Thank you Jane xx
