I’ve got high hopes for this late-to-the-BB-party entry that launches on 1st May at Harrods for £38. It’s a first for YSL at least.
What I like about this one is that it’s got a good level of SPF at 25 and is colour adaptive and its light enough to use under a foundation base or on its own, depending upon what look you want. Three shades for differing tones – Light for light beige or rosy skin, Medium for slightly more tanned skin and Dark to combat ashiness in darker tones.
So, one does not suit all and this product is all the better for it. If there is one thing to be learned from BBs it is that while they’ve been great at introducing a new kind of base and skin perfecting, they’re looking pretty basic compared to the new generation of BBs (and CCs) that are moving the genre well and truly forward.
I haven’t had the opportunity to try this so can only go on the information I have.
