TK Maxx Beauty Bargains

I look in on my local TK Maxx far more than I ever do my local Boots for beauty finds. I noticed (while looking for cutlery actually) in my local store that they had a consignment of Nioxin at £19.99 for 1000ml. That seems like an extremely good deal that is elsewhere currently for £39 (and that’s a reduced from approx £68). If you use it, dash out as soon as you can and stock up – I can only find the Scalp Therapy Conditioner 2 on TK online HERE.

Dr Botanicals
Dr Botanicals

I also spotted (on-line), this range from Dr Botanicals – I don’t know it at all but I do love a micellar water and the mint aspect sounds quite tempting. What’s pretty amazing about this is that it’s reduced from £85 (I never would!) to a more reasonable £19.99. I’m seeing it at full price elsewhere. It’s HERE. Actually, there are several Dr Botanicals products at TK Maxx, so if it sounds like your kind of range, there are huge savings.

Aroma Cleanse Mattifying Lotion 400ml
Aroma Cleanse Mattifying Lotion 400ml

Decleor’s Mattifying Lotion seems like a good buy at £16.99 instead of £25 if you have oily skin issues. I haven’t used this, but do like the Decleor range in general. It’s HERE.

Dr Perricone Blue Plasma
Dr Perricone Blue Plasma Face Peel

Personally, I can’t touch Dr Perricone (allergic), but this also seems like one heck of a bargain, considering the Blue Plasma range has been in general very favourably received. It’s reduced from £79.99 to £39.99 HERE.

Bliss Peeling Groovy

And, if you love a peely product, this Bliss Peeling Groovy Facial Serum is down from £49.50 to £7.99! Seriously! It’s HERE.

I love making these bargain lists – the more bargains I find the more addictive the lists become. I need to get to the bottom of how brands like NARS, Bliss and Perricone end up in there (half price Carita anyone?) with prices absolutely slashed, but I do know that some brands don’t come up in search on the site (TK Maxx are not allowed to include them in search) so it’s well worth doing a trawl every now and again. Other brands don’t allow a ‘previous price’. It could be that it’s stock that’s nearing its use-by, or being discontinued so it can’t be sold into retailers at full price, or it could be a deal with the distributor rather than the brand itself. Today I’ve seen Estee Lauder, Bahoma, Urban Apothecary and Pecksniffs, so I’ve done a tight edit when this list could be hours long! I’m going to do a Spa post next week because there are some brilliant products for pure pampering.

Cashmere Throw
Cashmere Throw

I am tagging in this Cashmere Throw however because it’s from Hawick Cashmere (so near my home-town and known for excellent cashmere) and there are only 4 left – reduced from £299 to £134 and by the time I get round to my spa post there won’t be any left. I don’t have one, but don’t be surprised if there are only 3 left by the time you read this! It’s HERE.

      well done!

  2. SUCH BARGAINS! From my experience the products are often sold off because there’s a packaging change, they need to clear out stock from a space point of view, or it’s a (soon to be) discontinued product. Sometimes it’s just a bit battered or has been printed with the wrong thing on. Many brands also choose TK Maxx (& TJ Hughes which is similar) as another retailer as they can get volume; they’re also a lot more fluid and easy to deal with than the likes of Boots or department stores, so it’s quite quick to get stuff out of a warehouse and into TK Maxx. Lots of reasons, but basically whoop to the bargains!

  3. I do love a little TK Maxx hauk every now and then!

I can’t get over how good their deals are in there, especially for Ciaté polishes.

  5. Wow, I need to get myself to TK Maxx

  6. Today in my local store I spotted Illamasqua lashes and polish, OPI polish and Essie polish! I always pick up my favourite Redken and Tigi hair products when I see them in there – some great deals.

  7. Clbnolan

I always worry with skincare that it may not have been kept in ideal conditions & the formulation may be knackered, so tend to give them a wide berth. Have other people found them to be reliable?

I can definitely vouch for the Bahoma candles, Jane. They’re incredible value. Currently burning either Vanilla Parfait or Vineyard (my fav). Also worth looking out for are the Aquiesse candles – Rioja or White Birch & Bergamot are heaven.

I too got my Ciaté x OP cheek duo palette from there, and the nail polish in Nantucket coral, Cowshed body lotion in Gorgeous Cow and Sophyto cleanser for only £3.99! Every time I go in there, I make a beeline for the beauty section lol. They amaze me with the quality of beauty products on sale.

  9. Another vote for Bahoma candles. I love the Black Fig one. And TK Maxx is great for nail polish as long as you don’t mind that the colours are not that up to date. I got a couple of Illamasqua ones reduced from £15 to £3.99 but the shades were from a couple of years ago. My nails don’t care!
