If you remember, back in March I attended the Cosmoprof event in Italy, where I saw technologies for face products that used suspended ingredients to create beautiful patterns in the formulations. Here’s what I saw:
I’ve just noticed a couple of brands, Stila and Gatineau, are using this technology to great visual effect. See what you think.

Hum. Very pretty for pastel coloured products, completely inadvisable for anything brown in my humble opinion.
Am I completely off the mark to ask if it anything like this with the layering ?

Lol..Great She – now I will look at that a bit differently! And Bettina no, you are spot on although I think the Boots one is not nearly as refined.. it looks like jelly and custard spoon mixed x
Actually, what it really reminds me of (for the gardeners here) is a worm cast.
I believe Stila’s latest foundation also uses this too!
Very pretty! It reminds me of the 90s when another brand used it for their skincare as well. I cannot remember which but this is more creative due to advances in technology I suppose. The Stila products look amazing, I will check them out asap. Thanks Jane! x
Looks pretty! I really want to try this product.

I think I saw the Stila products in action on Youtube. I really want it..
@Kenneth Soh – I suppose you may think about Pulanna’s products. The first time ever I saw their products made i this technology,it was about 15 years ago. 🙂
