I don’t blame you – but this is the world of beauty and the SpaceNK Advent Calendar 2023 isn’t even the first to launch. Despite industry reports that there is a decline in popularity in beauty advents, I can see that this is heading for a sell out – there’s a lot of advertising across Instagram, there was an early access sign up option and it’s had a great deal of ‘influencer’ promotion. With all that in mind, I think it probably will sell out – it’s gone early to beat the competition and it likely will succeed not least because it’s exceptional value and there’s no other time that this opportunity arises in quite the same way.
It’s got a sort of ‘northern lights’ appearance – not too festive but fitting for the season, and it goes up to the full 25 doors (you’ll be very pleased on day 25 I think because it’s a gorgeous candle). Many of the products are full size which feels generous compared to the many minis that turn up in others.
Each box has a quirky message – I like that – it’s extra effort they didn’t really need to make. Some give clues to what might be inside. Just as an FYI the calendar, including its protective plastic wrapper, is 100% recyclable, made from 100% paper that is FSC certified. It uses water based inks and aqueous varnish.
