There was a thing, a few years back, for brands to bring out solid fragrances, and now, hardly anyone does. They’re a rare find! I have a feeling they lost favour because actually, do you really want to wear your fragrance round your neck as well as on it? However, I’m championing the Salvatore Ferragamo Solid Fragrance containing Eleganza (floriental, but powdery and fruity, too) not necessarily as a wearable but certainly ornamental. I’d be very happy having this draped on my dressing table (okay, chest of drawers with a mirror, as it actually is here in reality land) a la gorgeous blogger style photos that I look at enviously!
If you’re a trinkety sort of person, the Salvatore Ferragamo Solid Fragrance is lavish, super shiny and of course has the added bonus of a fragrance inside. It’s surprisingly inexpensive but a Harrods exclusive I believe, at £39.
