Sally Hansen Color Frenzy

I’ve lost count of the number of times I have sworn off glitter polish – there is always something to tempt me back! My latest nail love is the Sally Hansen Color Frenzy range launching in July. The best thing that ever happened to the glitter trend is that it went micro, so there’s less chunkiness (to catch on the cotton wool at removal time – shudder). These minute twinkles really lift the shimmering look.

Sally Hansen Color Frenzy is a mix of teeny weeny glitters and weightier chunks – the dot effect is my favourite of the four that I have here – I just think it’s a great colour combination that I haven’t seen before. So, starting from the bottom of the nail wheel: Green Machine, Candy Drops, Fruit Spritz and Splattered. Splattered is my least favourite because it has strands in it and bigger chunks, but I’m all over Candy Drops as a top coat to ring the changes. I’ve got it over OPI Kiss Me I’m Brazilian which I swatched yesterday and it is so twinkly!

There are seven shades in total in the Sally Hansen Color Frenzy range and they’ll cost £6.99 each.

I now use a polish remover which is for false nails, (the kind with plastic brushes in the pot) and I have no trouble removing glitter polish. Result!
