Wowzer! This is SOOOO bright. The key is definitely in getting the white coat perfect underneath. I put two generous coats of white on before putting two coats of neon over the top.. the neon polish is quite thin so it doesn’t really over load. If you get the white right the neon is a piece of cake. You also need to be quite precise in applying the neon over the white.. this was my second go at getting it right and I still didn’t manage to cover the white in small places at the edges. But it’s so wow that it’s worth putting the extra effort into the look.
