REN Christmas Gifting 2023

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] It’s always interesting to see which brands go pared back with packaging and which go all out glitz. REN is not a glitzy brand but nonetheless, this year’s offerings are the most, let’s say discrete, yet. I like the idea that they’ve taken a winter theme rather than festive – not everyone celebrates – and it’s very much in keeping with the idea that REN is for everyone.

I’d say that the EverCalm set above is the people pleaser – that Overnight Recovery Balm is one of my all time favourite beauty products and I’ve seen it completely transform dry and sore skin. Actually, I’ve seen skin transformations with all of these products – the EverCalm range is a game changer for those with sensitivities or very dry skin. Again, I’ve found a bit of a bargain – the set has a value of £74, costs £48 but I’ve found it for £38 HERE. I would buy this for anyone safe in the knowledge it will suit their skin but particularly anyone who is struggling to get their complexion to behave.

Moroccan Rose is one of the brand’s original products and seems a little at odds with their more modern output but it sells and sells for very good reason – it’s lovely! The set contains 200ml of Body Wash and 200ml of Body Lotion and carries that really special, freshly picked rose scent. It’s not overly sweet but it’s generously rosy. The set has a value of £64 and so popular is this particular collection that it’s not on offer anywhere but it is less than the value at £45 HERE.

One of my nieces is obsessed with the REN Glow range and she’s a good advert for it because her skin is utterly radiant. Even allowing for her age (25), she has exceptional looking skin.

I think the Glow Tonic can take a lot of the credit – that daily AHA tonic is so good to keep cells fresh and lively and it’s a unisex product. Max likes this too. It’s gentle so it’s not going to strip the skin and I think is a good partner to any of the products from EverCalm. The set contains Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic 100ml, Overnight Glow Dark Spot Sleeping Cream 15ml and Glycol Lactic Renewal Mask. It has a value of £53, was £36 and is now £28 HERE. I would put the Ready Steady Glow in any teen stocking (100ml is £16 HERE) because teen skin can be so tricky, but also as a general, gentle glow encourager to anyone at all.
