[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I think the stand out for Neom this year is the packaging which is just so joyful. Neom is such a reliable brand for deliciously products with the clear intent of being for relaxation which none of us does enough of. The words around self care are so easy to say but so hard to do because there’s always something else that ‘needs’ to be done first. But I know how important it is just to rest and be kind to yourself. So, if I was giving any of this collection to a friend that I know is frazzled, I’d be giving it up with the offer of cooking a meal, taking the dog for a walk, dropping the kids off to school one day so she can go back to bed for a bit – anything really to lessen the mental load of being responsible for pretty much everything all of the time.
This gift feels like a hug – just full of good intent for the recipient and a little of that goes a long way as well. The pack contains a Calming Hand Balm scented with lavender, jasmine and rosewood, and a small (but not too small) candle whose scent is that lovely jasmine burst that fills your heart. It’s £25 HERE. If you spend over £60 on the site, you’ll receive a free single wick candle for yourself.
It’s exactly the right time of year for hand creams – I’m always so envious of those who just slot it into their beauty routines because I always seem to forget, only remembering when the signs are embedded.
Neom has got the olfactory sentiment of the festive seasons spot on with Christmas Wish – all the generous cinnamon, citrus and warming tonka bean you could want. I actually can’t bring myself to light it yet – it’s too soon! At £50, it’s quite pricy but absolutely perfect for home scenting on Christmas eve or day. I’m struggling to settle into winter vibes (even though officially it’s still autumn) – that whole ‘don’t want to get out of bed’ feeling but I made a really frothy hot chocolate on Sunday morning for me and Mr BBB and suddenly felt more warm towards it. Anyway, the Christmas Wish candle is HERE.
