As lip stains go, the Pur Minerals Pout Pens are super-stainy – I can’t even get the swatch off my arm 24 hours later. They’re double ended with a felt tip type applicator at one end and a tinted balm at the other.
Pur Minerals Pout PensThere’s a little bit of an issue with the colour changing once it’s on the lip – maybe it’s supposed to – but the orange shade that I tried turned very red. On the plus, it’s a very strong stain and if you don’t find it too drying, then it is there for the long haul.

The balm end of the Pur Minerals Pout Pens is super-balmy – very nourishing and buttery and it gives the stain a good sheen on the lip. Personally, these are not for me – I find stains drying, even with a balm, but I can’t knock them for their durability and power.
There are four shades in the Pur Minerals Pout Pens collection – Fuzzy Navel (the lighter orange shade), Cosmo (the red shade), and two others, Mai Tai and Sangria. They’re £14 – they haven’t yet hit on-line but keep an eye on Beautyexpert or Feelunique.

Really pretty shade, shame it changes colour. I think this would also be too drying for me too.
