Ooh, hello.. this NARS collection is looking hot! I am so not sure how to wear yellow on eyes though.. much as I would like to.
I definitely can and will wear this crazy tangerine shade that’s just a little short of neon for those who don’t want to go the full luminous club thing.
Likewise, this lavender shaded lip pencil.. I was so sure it was for eyes when I first saw it so, you know.. I want to, but not sure if I actually could!

Have you seen swatches of the lip pencil, I think it looks quite wearable. As a whole though I think this is a horrible disjointed looking collection, I don’t think it’ll be a success…

I’ve actually been wanting to try wearing yellow eye shadow for some time. Perhaps this will inspire me. I don’t think I’d wear it with lavender though. 🙂
Jane, I have always wondered, are collections like this financially viable for a brand? I can’t imagin how many people buy a shadow due such as yellow and purple, I rarely even see people wearing red lipstick let alone something as stand out as this. I love to see these collections but I can’t imagin how is can be commercially successful for a brand.
Hi Dolly… collections like this won’t be made to the same quantity as others from the *core* collections. Past experience, I should think, will tell them how many will sell and it will be quite tightly budgeted in terms of quantity. x

Gorgeous bright colours, but soooo hard to pull off on pale skin, the nail varnish looks delicious and the lipstick doesn’t look too bad, time to get a tan!
I’ve seen this over on temptalia as it has already been released in the states. The best bit seems to be the lipstick which is a really wearable, my lips but better type pink. The rest looks too out there for most people. Yellow eyeshadow? I don’t think so!!
