M&S Summer Beauty Bag – Do You Need This?

None of the usual suspects (we will forgive the REN AHA Tonic that pops up in so many because it’s just a very, very good product) and all of the good things to discover.

I think you’ll agree that this is a very nicely thought through edit of summery, practical and glamorous. It’s £30 HERE (value is £170!) with a spend across home, clothing or beauty (very easily done!) and I have a couple of suggestions to help you on your way.

I’m going to suggest this vest from Nobody’s Child as one of the most versatile pieces of clothing that you’ll ever have. Available in cream or black in sizes 8 to 18. It’s £32 HERE (don’t worry, one more suggestion coming to take you to the £35 – I’m sure you don’t need my help on this but it doesn’t feel tidy unless I add one more thing!). Waistcoats are a big trend – I was slightly wary to try one but I got one in the Matalan sale (yes, really!) and I absolutely love it – gives me a cheeky cleavage but looks incredible with some necklaces and black silk trousers. The Nobody’s Child version is knit so it’s more flexible and comfortable in the wear, understated and minimalist and just asking to be accessorised. You can wear this with jeans (any colour), wide trousers, narrow trousers, skinny trousers, any floaty skirt, short shorts, long shorts, unbuttoned over a dress, long necklaces, short necklaces – you know, the list goes on. And, it’s sexy, cool and sophisticated.

I’m going to suggest teaming the knit vest with this gold plated coin necklace that is a perfect summer piece, especially if you have a bit of cleavage going on. Multi-row necklaces are very on-trend. It’s £22.50 HERE.
