Maybelline Dream Nude Air Foam Blended |
While I genuinely believe there is no real need to spend a fortune on foundations any more as the less expensive brands have upped their game in terms of formulations, this moussy foundation at £8.99 wasn’t right for me. Mixing air, mineral pigment and water, the result is a wet-when-spread foam that turned out after blending a little on the dry side for my liking. It’s also quite hard to tell how much you need – I squirted out far too much initially. That said, if your skin is oily, I think it could well fare better. It’s got SPF16 and Vitamin E, does feel phenomenally light on the skin, and worth a go for the novelty of the formula, but for me, not a keeper. I was surprised that there is virtually no discerable smell to it.

Oooooo this reminds me a lot the elizabeth arden mouse foundation, and I do really like that, however that wasn’t drying, but based on how much i liked that foundation I’ll give this a whirl!

I don’t see the point of this, surely you’d be paying for more air and less product?
hilarious, I have just finished taking the exact same shots and have the exact same thoughts!
I wouldn’t buy a foamy foundation; it just isn’t the consistency that I’d go for. I didn’t like their mousse foundation either. I’m a liquid kinda gal.
I love this foundation. I have this and the matt mouse from these guys and its really great and you dont need to use a lot of it! great price and great for sensitive skin
I tried this in boots, and the amount of foam that came out with one pump is crazy! Was pretty messy had to use a tissue to clean it up.
It’s nice product! I wait to test this Air Foam!

It was very nice but what squirted out was enough for a whole footbal team – should they want to use it…or not!
Pass.
