Right around February time, we are well and truly over winter colours – personally I can’t wait to get my hands on some brights. Maybelline is a high street brand that does lip colour really well, so bang on time for a February release, these Color Sensational Vivids are coming along.
You can see the sheen coming off them without even swatching but there is also a big colour pay off. Actually, that’s something I’ve really noticed about press releases lately – lot’s of ‘blogger’ terms finding their way in, such as ‘colour pay-off’, and ‘true-to-the-tube’.
I just know when these hit the shelves, we’ll be more than ready to banish the dark lip and do a colour about turn and head straight for the brighter-the-better.
