I started off thinking that the Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Lip was the most rubbish product ever. I really didn’t get it at all. A quick conversation with the PR rectified everything because I’d failed to understand what it actually does. Now, I think it’s a genius product! So, let me explain. It’s a double ended pen – on the first end, above, it’s a creamy lip shade (my version is No. 11)…Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Lip
…on the other end is a soft sponge infused with a highlighting shade. The idea is to put the highlight shade in the very centre of the lip and the colour on the rest of the lip – and it really, really works to give a kind of nuance of ombre and softened lip look. I love it!
Remember that on the lip, that highlight doesn’t look quite so bright as it does on my arm because they’re naturally a darker shade. The only downside is that I’m not sure that it’s a long lasting product – it’s a perfect product for selfies and if lips are your ‘thing’ then I think you’ll be very pleased with the look. Not sure this one has hit Debenhams yet, but keep an eye out – I’m completely a convert!
