Library of Fragrance Christmas 2014

Christmas Fragrance

I’ll say straight away that I haven’t smelled any of these, but having just returned from a quick holiday in New York I am dying to try Christmas in New York because now I know what that really does smell like! It’s part of the Library of Fragrance Christmas 2014 collection and as I’m looking at it, I realise that I’ve never had an Egg Nog and have no idea what it might smell of. I’m safe on cranberry though!

Different countries have different scent tastes – everywhere I went in New York it either smelled of gingerbread or waffles and personally I like something sharper and less foodie. Jo Malone’s Pine & Eucalyptus brings the Christmas in, fragrance wise, and so does Diptique’s winter candle but I’m still curious about all of the above. The Library of Fragrance Christmas 2014 collection is on special offer at Boots for £9.99 (usual price for LoF is £15) each if you’re tempted at all. They’re HERE.

Mmm, Egg Nog is delicious. I would describe the smell as creamy with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Golly! I suspect it,d be great fun to layer or mix them up.
Gin and Tonic with a hint of amber? Maybe not…
